ITS A BUSY FRIDAY NIGHT IN MY HOUSE WHICH MEANS I NEED A SUPER FAST AND EASY MEAL TO FEED THE FREENZY.
NOW USUALLY THAT CAN MEAN ORDERING PIZZA......
NOT IN MY HOUSE DO YOU KNOW WHAT IT COST TO GET ENOUGH PIZZA TO MY HOUSE FOR 3 TEENAGE BOYS?! LETS JUST SAY IT IS WAY MORE THAN AN EXTREME COUPONINER IS WILLING TO SPEND!
THIS RECIPE IS SO MUCH FUN, USES EVERYTHING FROM MY STOCKPILE AND IS EASY CLEANUP. NOW THATS MY KIND OF RECIPE!

Ingredients
- 6 snack-size bags (1-1/2 ounces each) corn chips
- 1 can (15 ounces) chili
- shredded cheddar cheese
- cup sour cream
- 1 jar mild salsa
- lettuce, shredded
Directions
- Cut the top off each bag of chips; set aside. Place chili in a
- saucepan; cook on a grill over medium heat for 10 minutes or until
- heated through, stirring occasionally. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of
- chili into each bag of chips. Top with cheese, sour cream, salsa and
- lettuce. Yield: 6 servings.
