AAAhhhh! Great job! I wish my Albertsons did doublers!
ReplyDeleteI am new to couponing and I am wondering why you have to use so many transactions and can't purchase all items and use your coupons at once.
ReplyDeleteLori, with albertons, you can only use 3 doubles per transaction, so to score as many deals and she did is why you have to split the transactions.
ReplyDeleteI'm a newbie...why do you need to do multiple transactions? I've been watching the show and can't figure out why people do it...
ReplyDeleteWent for the oatmeal/las palmas transaction. But the store had the oatmeal for 2/$5.00 not 2/$2.50. My trans came out to $1.69 not $.18. Did I do something wrong or was that a typo on ur blog?
ReplyDeleteNo you didn't do anything wrong, your store had the oatmeal priced much higher than my location.
ReplyDeleteAlbertsons will only allow 3 double coupons per transaction. So if you have 9 total coupon you are wanting to use and did only 1 transaction the store would only double 3 of those coupons. But if you broke your groceries into 3 transactions so you used 3 coupons each then they would double all 9 coupons to make your savings greater.
ReplyDeleteWhich one did you use? I used the one in Caldwell: (
ReplyDeleteI use the one in Caldwell also (by the Stadium) they had it priced 4 for $5
ReplyDeletehmmm it was 2 for $5 today. I wonder if they repriced it? Maybe I'll call them and check. Did you buy plain or flavored? Maybe that is the difference?
