All of you know how much I love my Albertsons and how they handle coupons. Though it has been noted that all Albertson locations handle coupons very differently; I am very loyal to the Albertsons in Caldwell next to the Stadium. I do this because I can count on consistency with all the cashiers, the managers there have done a great job of making sure everyone is on the same page when it comes to handling all of us crazy couponers and I love that!
While Albertsons has always had a coupon policy there were a few things missing in it which was allowing all locations to use their own discretion as to how to handle them. One of the questions I get all the time is about using two coupons on a B1G1 Sale; For the longest time this really depended on your location. Thanks to Albertsons making some changes to their policy this is no longer a question. I am very happy to inform you that Albertsons has added to their coupon policy that you can indeed use two manufacture coupons on a B1G1 Sale! Be sure you print this policy and keep it in your binder in case you need it, I'm sure it might take a bit for those locations that were not allowing this to get on the same page.

What is the best way to do multiple transactions to use more than 3 doublers? DO you have a favorite strategy? THANK YOU FOR ALL OF THE INFO!! Aletha in Nampa
ReplyDeleteI very carefully divide up my items, using the dividers provided. I also make sure all my coupons used for each transaction are at the end of the transaction UNLESS I am using a BOGOfree or a free item. These I present at the front end of my order to help the checker ring them up correctly. Hope this helps. I buy multiple papers and use up to 9 TTV coupons at each trip divided into three transactions.

ReplyDeletebest way is to take your albertson's twice the value coupons all at once in one transaction is take them to walmart. hand then to the cashier with that product. they do a price match on the item less the amount of your coupon for the doubler, and then scan your coupon. don't wait to hand them in at the end, or you will have to redo the whole transaction.
