STOCKPILE COOKING - POPPYSEED CHICKEN



POPPYSEED CHICKEN

Here is another yummy recipe to share.

Category:  Chicken      Skill Level:  Easy

Ingredients
 
  • 3 lbs. chicken breast or tenders
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1-8oz. bowl sour cream
  • poppyseed
  • salt
  • 1-stick of ritz crackers
  • 1/2 stick butter

Directions
  • cook chicken.
  • shred then add soup, sourcream, salt. mix together.
  • put in a casserole dish.
  • top with crushed ritz crackers and drizzle with melted 1/2 stick butter.
  • bake at 350 until crackers are toasted.
  • serve with rice, bread, whatever.
